DELETE ACCOUNT

Delete your Cuplikin account

Use this page to request deletion of your Cuplikin app account (operated by Ghozi Mahdi) and the data associated with it.

How to request deletion
  • In the app: open Cuplikin Account, then choose Delete account.
  • On this page: enter your account email, open the link we send you, then confirm. This also works for accounts that sign in with Google or Apple.
Data that is deleted
  • Your email address, password, and account identity.
  • All sign-in sessions; every device is signed out immediately.
  • Google and Apple sign-in links; Sign in with Apple access is revoked.
  • The credit balance and subscriptions tied to this account.
  • Contact details on support messages you sent.
Data that is kept
  • Transaction, credit, and security records are kept without your email where accounting, audit, fraud prevention, or legal obligations require it, for as long as that obligation applies.
When it happens
  • Your account is deactivated as soon as you confirm and permanently deleted within 7 days. Deletion cannot be undone.
Videos and projects
  • Your videos, projects, and clips stay on your own device and are never stored on Cuplikin servers. Remove them by deleting the project folder or the app.
Subscriptions
  • Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel it in that store so you are not charged again.
