How can we help?
Get help with your account, video imports, transcription, hook analysis, credits, purchases, or exports in Cuplikin for macOS.
Before contacting us
- Include your Cuplikin and macOS versions.
- Describe the steps you took and the result you expected.
- Include the request ID when Cuplikin displays one.
- Never send passwords, tokens, API keys, or unnecessary private media.
Privacy and account deletion
Request access, correction, export, or deletion from Settings → Help & Support, or email us from the address registered to your Cuplikin account. We may verify your identity. Deleting your account does not cancel an Apple subscription; manage it separately through Apple.
